Our support team is compact and we often handle a large volume of inquiries. Typically, we respond to support requests within 48 hours. If it's been over 48 hours and you've yet to hear from us, we recommend checking your spam folder as our emails might have been misdirected. If you still can't find a response, please reach out to us again.

All Series keycaps & keyboards are developed by our own factory.

All orders are shipped from China. We have 2 shipping methods, standard shipping & FedEx/UPS.

  • YunExpress Shipping Time: 10 - 15 days.
  • FedExShipping Time: 5-7 days.

For customized products, we must first confirm the final design draft with the customer before arranging the production. The production cycle is 3-5 days.

The initial phase of the process is manufacturing, which may encounter several setbacks. These could range from miscommunications due to language differences to production delays if factories prioritize larger clients or if we're met with occasional technical difficulties. Additionally, complications with shipping or parts arrival, such as navigating through customs, can arise.

The following phase is shipping. This starts with carefully packing and labeling the items. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the check-in process kicks off, with each piece being meticulously counted and added to our inventory. Following that, we repackage the items for their final shipment, which we dispatch through FedEx or YunExpress.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Given the particularities of the sublimation technique, there might be slight variations in color when compared to your original design or as displayed on your computer monitor. We employ only premium quality materials for our products. Nevertheless, due to the use of a heat press during the procedure, the final item may not look as crisp as your initial graphic.
