Oh yes, this supposed to be review about product, not only the company. :-) The keycaps match expectations - look strong enough (sorry i'm not an expert so can't judge plastic quality, but it's definitely not some cheap stickers, but truthfully colored plastic) and match requested design.
This was my first order with Gimsun Custom, so design was pretty basic, but i'm planning to order more - maybe a full keyboard - with a better design
